Due to our products being handmade, order processing takes 5-7 business days. Standard shipping takes about 5-7 business days and Express shipping takes about 3-4 business days. (no weekends or holidays)

Please note during severe weather conditions, packages may be delayed. We will always send your tracking information to your email once your order is successfully confirmed.

Once your package is with USPS, you will have to contact them to file a claim. If you have any questions or concerns about your package because it is completely out of our control at that point.
